Confirmed from Wadman Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Secluded, woodsy park featuring paved and mulch trails, plus pavilions.
What runners say about Wadman Nature Park
“Beautiful park and lovely scenery.”
This is a great place to enjoy nature and take a stroll. The winding mulch path leads to an enchanting bridge that weaves through the trees. There are a few benches for sitting, a pavilion, and restrooms that are only open for part of the year.
Great place for a leisurely stroll. The paved path goes around the outside of the park giving you almost a half mile of distance. There are some short spurs that take you into the trees and across a boardwalk. You'll find a covered picnic area and also a great historic wooden cabin.
Not a very long trail, but it's nice. Part is paved and part is wood chips. There are some benches along the way. We saw a few birds (heard lots more than we saw) and a few deer (including 2 fawns, with their white spots).
Beautiful park. My toddler loved seeing all the wildlife and running the beautiful paved trails. This is becoming one of our favorite spots to get energy out.
