Confirmed from Walnut Beach, Milford's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sandy, clean beach with a boardwalk, volleyball courts, a picnic area and parking.

Many people, especially collage students. Very lively atmosphere. Many beach volleyball nets. Water was a bit cold, but it is still April. The water was much cleaner than expected, you can see the bottom in almost all areas. Only issue is some people blast music.
Such a fun beach to visit. Between the boardwalk and the nearby shops there is so much to do!
This is a very clean beach that is well maintained. It has a rather long dock to walk out on and a great view to the island not too far from shore. In low tide you can even walk to the island from the beach!
I had a lovely time visiting this spot and found it to be one of the most charming coastal areas I've spent an afternoon at. The boardwalk is a definite highlight, offering a scenic and peaceful walk with beautiful views of the sound and the surrounding shoreline.
