Confirmed from Den Rock Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
120-acre nature preserve with wooded walking trails & a granite face for rock climbing.

“A really cool place to walk, with lots of different trails to choose from - whether you prefer something more challenging or something more family friendly.”
I did 2 miles in 47 minutes. A well marked trail that meanders through the woods and along the Shawsheen River. There are giant boulders too see along the route while you listen to the birds chirping. There are a lot of side trails to take. I did the perimeter. No bugs at this time.
What a treat to have a quiet little park to enjoy a walk near Lawrence. There are also some nice views from the top of Den Rock.
Really loved this place. Went for a sunset walk during the winter, and it was a great one. Very easy hike, nice views, and honestly a great outdoorsy thing to do, even during the brutal winter. Best thing I loved about the place was that it free of cost and not limited to just residents of Lawrence!
A surprisingly diverse park that surely has special beauty in all seasons. I appreciated the labyrinth of trails with consistent paint splash markings. There are a number of attractive features including a massive granite rock face that towers over the trail.
