Confirmed from Gobbler's Knob: Alexander Basin Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Gobbler's Knob: Alexander Basin Trail
Great steep trail that is much less busy than the other upper Millcreek trails. From the top of Alexander basin you can continue to Gobblers know and Mt Raymond.
Great hiking up Mill Creek Canyon. Many trails, dog friendly and various degrees of difficulty. Creek runs mostly year-round. Can get busy on weekends. Most trailheads have restrooms. Their are also several designated picnic areas.
