This trail ia super beautiful and well maintained. There are nature and historical plaques for your education and it is well marked with directions. It is nice because bikes aren't allowed on it, so great for a stroller walk or a day out with your dog. Be sure to bring bug spray tho...
Nice, flat trail. You can do the main loop in under an hour and it's around 2 miles. This trial connects to the old rail to trail that runs to Richmond. I am excited to go back and do part of that with bikes.
Took a little walk down the trail today. Lots of little plaques along the way that you can read to get a sense of the history of the place. Mostly gravel trails, but we're wide enough for people to easily pass each other.
