Confirmed from Redoubt Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Redoubt Park
One of my favorite places to go. You can take a short paved path or a real trail to hike that's unpaved.
Nice park. One short trial about 10mins round trip and super easy trail. Longer trail (Tuttle trail) was about 50mins round trip and requires good amount of cardio and leg strength.
Went on a walk on the trail with the kids and everyone really enjoyed it. Got a great work out in and really loved the scenery.
A bridge in Redoubt Park in Williamsburg was nearly completely destroyed after an early morning brush fire on Monday, Sept. 26. Williamsburg fire crews arrived at the park just before 1 a.m. to find the fire in progress at Redoubt #1. The fire spread to an area roughly 75 feet by 100 feet wide.
Trail conditions & character
“One side is trail-y not stroller friendly but gives a challenge & the other side is paved & wooden walkway.”
“There are some stairs and it's a bit hilly but not bad.”
“5 out) to redoubt #2 with our dog this past weekend.”
