Confirmed from Ice Age Trail - Monches Segment's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wooded hiking area featuring a shaded, hilly trail with flowing water.

Hiked this very enjoyable segment on Mothers Day! The trail had a hilly feel to it, offering a dynamic and engaging experience throughout the hike. There were many changes in scenery to keep it exciting along the way. Most of the trail is shaded by the trees.
By far, one of the best segments in the Waukesha County Ice Age Trail. A fair amount of elevation change. Enjoyed the change in scenery between the woods along the hillside to the flowing river. Definitely worth checking it out! There is ample parking just north of Q. You just have to hike back south 0.
Had a few good views and was not extremely difficult. There were kids and pets on the trails also. So good for a family hike.
Beautiful segment on the Ice Age. Relatively flat, and easy terrain made this a great 6 mile out and back hike.
