Confirmed from Mountain View Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park for fishing, boating and picnics, featuring a lake and a dock with a boat ramp.
What runners say about Mountain View Park
“Clean, peaceful, beautiful Park and clean place to swim and look for rocks and little shells.”
This is more of a boat ramp than an actual park, though you can get down to the water if you are careful and don't mind going a bit off trail. When the water is low you can cross over to the island in the middle of this peninsula.
Right near here you'll find a hidden old park with a pretty nice long trail that goes along the lake.
Right near my house, great to walk. Small but great views of Flat Creek.
